Mark Fang : Society has called him many names and yet the one name they have not called him was "arrested". He always manged to pay off the right people or avoided capture through other means as well. Sometimes moving. That is what brought him to DE. He heard about this place back in the subways. People talked about this place as if it was hell on earth, to him that was fine. The less people knew him the better off they would be. After all He was trying ot be the Next Serial rapist and lets face it. the less people knew the better. But with the recent murders in DE he felt it was best to change his MO to drugs, safer that way...for now.

Now to only find someone who could help him become the next king Pen or even just find a good supplier. What he had was running low and he needed to get more. Its not like he can go asking just anyone you know.. Only time will tell...
