Hey guys. I'm currently thinking about bringing a new faction to DE, since the Rabbits need some competition. And I've had three ideas that I'd like you all help me with, to come to a decision. (And if you want to get in on this, then you can always ask me In World or PM over the forums.) I'm looking for the community's insight at the moment. So here's the three factions I've come up with, to share with you guys and I'd like you guys to give me any feed back you can.

Dei Victorae - Mafia.

Dei Victorae, is going to be a mafia based on the San Andreas Multiplayer Faction I ran on LS-RP for two years. We kept true to the tradition that money is everything. There is no blood ties, no ceremonies to initiate you in. Once you sign a contract, you are theirs for life, to work and gain money in a variety of ways. Drug Smuggling, *Possible* Weapon smuggling (no weapons that would give you an unfair advantage. But knives, and flash powder are what I'd be thinking.) Dei Victorae had come to DE after the events in San Andreas, and they are currently looking to rebuild their broken system. In San Andreas, Dei Victorae had the most amount of money. THey controlled the heads of the police department, and their one true enemy was the FBI who tried to infiltrate their ranks. But Dei Victorae had the eyes and ears of many people, even the ones who had no relationships with the mafia. And they had sent their own members into the several departments, including the FBI, Sherrifs Department, and Police Department. They had managed to sabotage the one mayor running for the city to try and put them off the grid, to crack down. After a successful assassination attempt, they put one of their own, a legal figure, on the throne for mayor. It was because of this, they began to control the docks and the drug trade. Once an alliance was formed with another Mafia, their numbers had increased to eighty nine members, all spread out through the city. Dei Victorae has one agenda. Get money by any means necessary. Deceive people, make alliances, and prove that the ones with the most power, have the most money.

*Side Note* Everything stated above, was two years worth of role-play on the LS-RP server. Everything had indeed happened, and the end of Dei Victorae was when we had destroyed the Police Department and I ended my own life, to bring down the one enemy who knew too much. A deserter. I'm not planning on having a lot of people join the faction if I choose this one. But there will be alliances made, and there will be bribes, and such. So we may have eight people apart of it, but we may have the help of others as well. The sole goal for dV is money and corruption of DE.

Embrace the Epidemic - Cult

Embrace the Epidemic, is going to be a cult led by one soul man, donning the mask of 'Heartless' who was once a man who sought anarchy. Unlike Dei Victorae, EtE is solely based on the opposite. Their ideals are not money. They gain their power through fear, and hatred. They want to see Dead End burn. To keep the cops in line, by doing chaotic acts of terror. They care not for anybodies feelings, or the collateral damage that can happen. They have no emotions, a pledge they make once they enter. When they bathe in the blood of Khali, to purge themselves from the shackles of emotions. To cause anarchy, one needs to know how to perform it. Because despite the 'intention' of keeping the police department in line by causing acts of terror, and force them to buckle down on them, they are anything but good. They rape, they kill, they torture. They hide behind the man with the mask, their role model whos face DE will soon come to know. They care not who one is. No matter how powerful one is, or if they are a cop, or a lawyer, or the mayor. The only thing they respect, is phyisical power. Not political power or economic power. The phrase of Embrace the Epidemic, is a phrase they say. A ritual. "Lorem purgationis ignes agentis architecti." Which means, We are the architects that bring the flames of purification." Can anyone truly escape the epidemic? Or will you descend towards madness and Embrace the Epidemic?

*Side Note* We are all about kidnapping, rape, torture, mayhem, destruction. But a huge note, BEFORE you do a role-play that would consist in an open area, such as the square, you MUST get administration permission first. And keep in mind of other peoples limits. Embrace the Epidemic will be a group dedicated on Anarchy, Fear, and Psychotic Rampages. Soley and surely. They have no rules. To them, rules are made to be broken, and the physical capacity of each person is 200%. If a person is losing consciousness, they won't stop. They embrace the epidemic. And they shun their emotions to do things other people would consider too heinous.

187 East Side Saints

187 East Side Saints (Or better known as ESS) is a multiracial gang set on the east side of Dead End. Things stay in the hood, and they keep to a code. If you bang for the hood, you bang for life. They like money, they like drugs, and they like to cause mischief wherever they go. They aren't as organized as a mafia, or as heinous as a cult. They are just a gang. A group of people, brothers and sisters, who have each others back. When you need people to be your body guards, or hire a couple of people to go beat up someone whos gotten on your bad side, ESS will roll out in numbers and do the dirty work for you. All they expect in return is money, drugs, or both. They'll do what it takes to get by in the world. Many of the ESS are poor, and they must live in the one neighborhood and try to make ends meet. When someone from the gang gets beaten up, its the motto, the lifestyle of the gang, to have his problems become their problems. Once you join, you're in for life. You will do whatever you can for your brothers and sisters. To make money, they invest in drugs. Getting drugs into the city from others is what they focus on. Since they are not as smart as a mafia, they don't rely on smuggling the drugs in themselves. But rather, once the drugs are in the city, and they've gotten a hold of it, they will sell on the streets. To recognize the East Side Saints is simple. They wear purple, their hoods colors, to represent each person from the other. Once you've been jumped into the gang, you'll be rewarded with your colors, a purple bandana, when you've proven yourself capable to ride and die with the set. While there is no spot you should place the bandana on, as you can have it anywhere, over the mouth and nose is reserved for the Triple OG's. The ones who've been banging for the hood the longest. The ones who earned their rep and have gone through each and every trial. ESS does not care for snitches. You snitch, you'll be dealt with in their own way. Beaten brutally by the gang together. Blood in, Blood out.

*Side note.* This faction won't be like the other two. Where as the Mafia focuses on controlling the city, and making money, as well as controlling the drug trade, and the Cult focuses on mayhem and destruction, the 187 East Side Saints only want to make their lives better for their family. They care not for anything else. They all are brothers and sisters, and ones problem, becomes everybodies problem. They are a tight group who will have each others backs. A traitor, A snitch, or someone who tries to kill one of the other gang, will get whats coming to him. There is no way out of the gang besides death.

Thanks for your time for reading each of the ideas. I'd love to get it started. I've led gangs, mafias, and cults before back on SA-MP. Not so much cults, but mafias and gangs. Cults are a psychadellic delight that i've come to enjoy in my time in Dead End. One final note. If you would like to become a part of the faction, each and every one requires death upon leaving. And you agree to those terms. However, if you do not like that condition, you can create an alt (on the same character, just use a titler), and join the faction that way. So if the character ends up dying, you still have your main character to use. We want it to be fair to everyone. The three characters i'll be using, depending on which faction I decide to make are as follows.

Sacres Skorm - Dei Victorae.
Pyres Skorm - Embrace the Epidemic
Tyrone Jefferson - 187 East Side Saints
