Hello All,

I've finally finished a small task that was loooong overdue! Somebody in need of a little nip and tuck? No longer need you operate on them whilst they stand up! The operating table in the OR now includes a lie down animation, hurrah!

Also, the "temporary" patient beds now include not one, oh no in DE we're much more upper-class, but TWO, yes, TWO animations! I know, I know, have a sit down before you go on with your day, it's a lot of amazing to take in.
