I would like to take a moment to weigh in on my feedback. Nadir and the rest of the admin staff KUDOS this places kiss tushy!!!

Now that I got the kudos out of the way, lets get to the meat and potatoes of this discussion.

I have been rping in de for a few days now, and I am finding the balance of power rather disheartening. I mean I sat there and watched a citizen lie on the ground bleeding practically to death, with several medical and police staff on sim, and no one could bother to respond to the 911 call.

I understand that Dead End is all about role playing the dark side of the city kidnappings rape drugs, the whole works, but I think there needs to be some sort of balance maybe break the ranks up somehow to denote good cop bad cop. Or at least maybe a way for citizens to file a police report if there are no police on hand.

I would like to give kudos to those select few out there that have chose to play the path of the good cop, doctor,lawyer or what ever.

Also I would love to see a way for police to hand records over to the DA's office and have some sort of structure for court appearances. There are many many citizens out there that would love to press charges, but we don't seem to have a structured method of that quite yet.

I have role played at other sims and have seen a few of these ideas implemented ( thou i do not recall names right now) and it actually increased player-ship. I am not proposing a major rewrite of the sim values, just a little bit of a leveling of the playing field.

One way i think we could accomplish a self reporting system for police reports would be a simple prim that hands out a Incident report form which they would fill out and place in a mailbox that officers could then retrieve and investigate the report.

Another way to possible improve sentencing would be cage cells with timers on them Once the timer expires the cage door opens and the perp is teleported out.

Oh yes I ave an example of a incident report form that we could use. As i have it from another game that i used to rp in that had similar rp's

Another idea (i do not know if this is possible) is some sort of database that citizens could use to look up peoples criminal record. Kinda like a background check. (if there is a way to do this and someone could program the database I would volunteer to enter in the data.)
