As far as I concerned you should not be playing the role of a nurse/doctor/bartender unless you have joined the group thus assigned. I think this happens alot of late and form of godmodding. Anyone can claim to have been a nurse in the past just the play a nurse in a scene. However if you want to play the role of a victim you should first make some OOC attempt to see if someone is willing to rp with you in the group. Otherwise chaos ensues and we have everyone playing any role they feel is convenient. It sort of makes the whole group application procedure pointless.
