Besides the obvious Sushi that is adorned to all through the front window, I would like to make it known that the Jade Dragon has hired a new Head Chef, his name is Zhong Kim, and he is schooled on the culinary arts of Cantonese Cuisine. While Zhong will be handling restaurant affairs and kitchen duty as well as keeping the other kitchen staff members in line, I will be working on the specialties that are Dead Ends best kept secret.
