Many of us,if not all of us come to DE ,and end up in roles we never thought we would find ourselves in. Dr.Lawyer,Pimp.Gang Leader,Cop.Some roles we choose because they are very much us,others we choose because, that is not something we'd ever do.At the end of the day its fantasy over realism, google search over book learning, for me. Ren became a lawyer because Jerrik wanted oral sex when he was in jail, she learns everything she knows from law by watching Netflix. So that made me wonder, how much "actual" knowledge others put into creating a role. should cops, lawyers, Judges have knowledge of the actual law?Should Dr's and nurses have medical knowledge? Do you feel you need a real life base knowledge to play said character? Or does the fact DE is seedy lend itself to not having to be so accurate in your betrayal? For me the fun is in the inaccuracies, not spending time in Google Search. Just wondering! ๐Ÿ™‚
