Hello everyone, here is my introduction. I hope people like it...

Seren:

Seren was always a quiet, shy girl. She had few friends and no real relationships, always focusing on studies and work, determined to make the best of her life. Going to university was the first time she was ever away from home, ever free of the expectations of being the 'good girl'. And for the first two years of her studies, she stayed much as she was, quiet, shy, hard-working, the 'good girl'.

She stumbled upon the news reports while studying in the college computer room late at night. Stories of places where women disappeared or were attacked, where dark things happened to unsuspecting women. Stories of the sort of place where 'good girls' did not go and where 'bad girls' deserved whatever happened to them. The stories made Seren think. She had always been taught that sex was for 'bad girls', but imagining what could happen to her in those dark alleyways and abandoned buildings awoke certain desires in her, fantasies she did not want to admit to, not even to herself. Still, she thought over them and came to realise that, if she were attacked and raped, she could experience sex and not be to blame for it. After all, she had had no choice. The thought became more and more exciting until one night, while coming home from studying late, she got into a taxi as normal and told it to take her, not back to her student digs, but to the roughest part of town.

She dozed off a little on the journey and when she woke, she had no idea where she was. The taxi driver threw her out once they got to a long, dark street and drove off, taking her purse with him. Now she is all alone in a dark, dangerous area. She has no money, no ID, no one to call for help, not even any real idea of how to get home.

She finds her new position both exciting and terrifying, in roughly equal measure. She has already started wondering what she would do if she cannot ever get home and has to stay here. Assuming, of course, she has a choice about such things.
