On behalf of the firm of WE Cheatem and Howe, I'd like to suggest the addition of a IC Lawyers' Offices. While the courthouse is great for prosecutors, I think a store front office....with maybe a back 'conference' room....might provide the right setting for persuading a client, or their counsel, on the course of action that is most likely to avoid anything with concrete boots. Or, you know, with them if that's your kink.

For all those defense attorneys in the DE District Court, we could collectively work for the same large firm or independently as fits ones RP and simply share the office.
