Defendant is REQUIRED to spend a minimum of 24 hours behind bars.
Contact the Arresting Officer or Chief of Police (Martinakells Resident, Shade Manx) requesting bail and they will take it to a judge to determine bail amount.
If Defendant demands a lawyer, then a lawyer is allowed in during the questioning. You can not process bail until the 24 hours has been served.

If bail is accepted, Defendant agrees to not be jailed again within a period of 7 days, and must attend court hearings/community service and follow up with a Parole Officer. If they are arrested/don’t show, bail is forfeit and bench warrant is issued immediately, and they are denied further bail and must serve their full sentence.
If Defendant cannot afford bail, they can speak with a Bail Hunter and work out an agreement bond (personal items, sexual favors, etc.)

Following up with the Courts is OPTIONAL, but it is a fun way to give everyone extra RP.
