I've been attacked twice this week on the sim by griefers. The first time I was sent in orbit and deformed. The second time I was caged and deformed. Now this was new to me, so I had a hard time getting back to normal again on both instances.

I've been looking for a solution. And I found at least this useful guide:

I also bought me some tools to undeform myself, so it will be easier to get back to normal next time this happens.
