Having being involved in the recent RP with the Volks and Black son's I found that we cannot get notices out to the general population of DE. It's a shame because there is a lot of RP potential going to waste.

To give an example the recent stabbing in Lulu's bar. There were several people in the bar at the time who witnessed the event. The trouble is unless they find a member of DEPD that night the person moves on and forgets about it. As a DEPD player I like to follow up enquiries, interview witnesses and offenders but the problem is there is so little evidence. If the DEPD could post police message out to all members of DEPD appealing for information we would get more I coming in and a chance to really investigate stuff.
