TYPE: Street Gang

BACKGROUND: As for a history? Well as many of you know Barley has gone through quite a bit in the last month or so. She got divorced, quit the the force, and is now looking for new lines of work, or a new direction for her life to take. As owner of the pizza Slut she is a strong leader for sure. She has already gone about and caused trouble, and not so much the mindless kind either, you know the trouble we have all come to know and love. Barley is cause driven woman, most of the time. In the past few weeks she has lead quite a few criminal acts if you would. Everything form arson, to simple vandalism. As a writier, i think that this is a great option for my character to grow and prosper. I really just want to see where this goes, and it feels oh so right. I have bounced around a few ideas with other "members" of barley's little troupe of misfits. I do want her to get more organized because right now she is still finding her footing DE's underworld. I have been toying with the idea of turning the Slut back into a brothal for some time now, and well having a gang could totally help that. Another thing that i have been planning on doing is possibly get her feet wet in DE's drug trafficking, now i know that other gangs have their hands in that pie as well, but some competition might be awesome, or working with the other gangs, in distributing their product in the way of pizza deliveries. Barley has the contacts set, and the know how, to really be crime boss. I think that it would be loads of fun and just general awesomeness Um ranks... Well there would be structure for sure something like Recruit
UNIQUE: Well Barley already owns the Slut, so that's the front she's gonna use. There is really tons of RP going on at the Slut as it is, but people can start to expect a shadier Pizza slut.

FLAW: Well one flaw is that barley is like certafiably insane and has NO impulse control at times. Barley is loyality wavers like all the time, it really depends on what she's feeling, so it could lead to some weird relationships with other gangs and the such.

EXPERIENCE:Sooooo not to make myself sound arrogant or narsacistic or any of that, but here we go. I am a people person, even if my character is not, I can interact with people pretty well, and I am a damn fine problem solver. I do sort of have a lazy side this is true, but i feel like i have chosen people who are able to help me with that. I have been the Pizza Slut boss for quiet awhile now, and RP has pretty much flourished, yea it took me awhile, but like shit goes down at the Slut all the time now. Um like really that's all i got.

IDEAS:The way that I would engage new players on the sim who sign up for my business is pretty simple, I would contact each and everyone of them either ICly or OOCly and ask them what they want from this RP, and how often they are on and when they are on, and make decisions from there. I would assign them roles from there, and make sure they get a decent amount of RP. This is an RP sim after all, and that is why people come here. They don’t come here to just stand around all day and play with themselves…. Ok some of you maybe I am sure.
