BACKSTORY: The idea behind the DE criminal network is the fact that we have a lot of great small time criminals and there is not a good system in place to allow them to figure out who each other are, and the talents/abilities they are offering to the community. I think the Crime in DE could be a lot stronger if we gave the criminals a group to find and talk to each other. Street-wise, this will be role played as a word of mouth group. Anyone with criminal intention that goes to the right leaders can be admitted.

UNIQUE: There is no group open to all criminals in DE. This is for everyone from the big criminal group leaders down to the local pot dealers and graffiti artists. The goal of the Criminal Network is to hook people up so crime can be carried out. If you want to engage in anything considered illegal, you are welcome to join up. My fervent hope is use this as a tool to help boost the crime rates in DE. Not only to boost them, but to encourage crime we don’t often see and more elaborate long term crime storylines. When people know who they can get together with to plan their hits and beatings with, hopefully the crime will become little more obvious, and we will see less transient criminals being scared away after an encounter with police.

FLAW: The wide reaching numbers of the group will leave the group very open to exposure and double agents.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Along with myself, I’m really hoping that I can find a couple people interested in building up the criminal network, recruiting, dealing, setting things up and helping get the criminal network off to a huge start. I want to see this bring back criminals to DE, and strengthen the people we already have here, working hard to rape and pillage the city. Because everybody needs a hand, even if he’s trying to steal the clothes off your back.

EXP:The entire time I’ve been in DE, I have been a deviant. Everybody knows myself and my partner Fenix, through Lulu’s bar as the bosses of the establishment. I know the people, the business, and what's normally going on in the sim. I spend a lot of time directing newcomers around in DE already, and people feel comfortable coming to me with issues, ic and ooc.

IDEAS:With Lulu’s being right behind the PD, I am looking for a place near the red light district to set up a criminal safe house. It would have a 1920’s speakeasy theme, as in if the cops start sniffing around, it rolls up and disappears for a few hours. From the outside it would be an unassuming place with a misleading sign on the building. Something like a shipping company or a business that no one would notice. Once again, use of this place would be through word of mouth. Swank, fun, dirty, gritty; this is a place that is considered ground zero for criminal dealings. I want the criminals of DE to walk in and for a minute feel like the godfather. Attending business and enjoying being bad.
