MEMBERS: Lloer Irelund, graydy

BACKGROUND: Lyssandra Ritter, or short Lyss, came to DE after years of violent work for the organized crime in Russia and Japan. In DE that did not change and the Yheng family were the first to make use of the blond Germans skill for violence. Since then Lyss had grown, learned and grew more and more independent. Now she has her own business, muscles at her command, whores at her bidding, a tight network of contacts in the city, and some loyal friends. But most important, with the parlor, her wife Rhoslyn who owns the Dark Rose Detective agency and her Partner Jimmy who just put his hand on Spunks - she more or less has half the Red Light District under her dark wing. Now the next step is to forge the network to a union, to build a home to those loyal to her, some hell for her enemies and to generate enough money so Lyss, her wife and her trusted people can step back and retire after reasonable amount of years. So this faction will remain hungry and ambitious.

UNIQUE: The public main business front will be of course the massage parlor, this is where Lyss started leaving her mark on DE and well known to the DEPD. The non-public business will be Rhoslyn´s Dark Rose Detective Agency, that is much better suited for meetings and more clandestine. Also Jimmy has now a Business adding to it so we will have the parlor as main target and two more places to use.

FLAW: Lyss is violent, narrowminded and immune to sarcasm, in many aspects she alone is a flaw. Also the bigger Lyss´s army of ladies of the night grows, the more difficult it is for the blond to maintain her grip on each girl. Also she is the very opposite of being subtle, so she is already in focus of DEPD interest.

POTENTIAL ENEMY: Well of course the DEPD, and since with the Commedia dell arte there would be two gangs in the RLD it is most likely that there will be some irritation at the start. Further Lyss wants to make money and power, so she holds no long time grudges that spoil business. So there is no arch enemy and every possibility for RP to develop. I prefer to Keep the RP flowing whenever possible.

EXPERIENCE:I have started in DE two years ago, took a break from SL and since my return got more involved in the community. I run the massage parlor now for some time and am happy so many people are helping me to fill it with roleplay and make it possible to offer an easy footing also for new players to start RP in DE. OOCly I am quite drama free and usually very friendly, also to make it easier for all people to draw a line from my violent and unfriendly IC-character. I understand that a leader has to lead, but I consider myself a team-player and want this faction to be a home for the people involved. Further one should not expect respect from others but try to earn it through actions and behavior.

IDEAS:Well the businesses make it quite easy to engage any new player. For subbies of any gender, of course the parlor is always hungry…new talents can be lured, persuaded or dragged in and if they OOCly consent, will be very quickly stick in a net without much human rights left, Lyss often calls her place a dead end in Dead End and that has reasons. Any sneaky folks can be sent on missions for the Dark Rose, knowledge is power after all…and any violent folks can seek to be hired by Lyss to enforce the factions interests. Also Spunks with Jimmy is the perfect Connection to the parlor, so the Girls can even get famous ;-) So this faction is rather easy to approach ICly and easy to get connected to RP.
