All jail times and fines are OPTIONAL GUIDELINES to follow and aid your rp and require consent from players.

Class “A-1” Offenses: Felonies:
Jail Time: 72 hours
Parole: 12 days
Bail must be approved by Prosecutor or Judge. Lawyer is mandatory. Bails cannot be NPC’ed and is not guaranteed

    DPC-100. Murder in the First Degree: Killing in a police officer, judge, victim involving torture, or the defendant is accused of the murder of multiple victims.
    Fine: $25,000

    DPC-101. Murder in the Second Degree: Killing in another person.
    Fine: $25,000

    DPC-102. Assault on a Police Officer
    Fine: $20,000

    DPC-103. Assault on a Fireman/Emergency Medical Service Professional
    Fine: $15,000

    DPC-103. Aggravated Sexual Assault: Sexual acts without consent that causes physical injury.
    Fine: $15,000

Class “A” Offenses: Felonies:
Jail Time: 24 hours (Bail can be posted after 12 hours)
Parole: 9 days

    DPC-200. Arson
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-201. Sexual Assault: Sexual acts without consent that does not cause physical injury.
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-202. Kidnapping
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-203. Assault with a Deadly Weapon: Causing physical injury with a weapon that can cause serious physical injury or death to a victim.
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-204. Aggravated Assault: Causing serious physical injury.
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-205. Gang Assault: Causing physical injury aided by one or more people.
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-206. Grand Larceny: Taking property valued more than $1,000.
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-207. Robbery: Taking property using force.
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-208: Violation of Parole: Committing any crime or fail other terms of parole
    Fine: $10,000

    DPC-209. Burglary: Remaining in a building or structure with intent to commit a crime
    Fine: $5,000

    DPC-210. Manufacturing of a Controlled Substance: Manufacturing or producing any controlled substance.
    Fine: $5,000

    DPC-211. Possession of a Controlled Substance: Possessing any controlled substance on your person.
    Fine: $5,000

    DPC-212. Use of a Controlled Substance
    Fine: $5,000

    DPC-213. Sale of a Controlled Substance: Selling any controlled substance
    Fine: $5,000

Class “B” Offenses: Misdemeanors:
Jail Time: 12 hours (Bail can be posted after 6 hours)
Parole: 6 days

    DPC-300. Possession of a Deadly Weapon: Possessing any weapon that can cause serious physical injury or death.
    Fine: $3,000

    DPC-301. Possession of a Dangerous Instrustment: Possessing an item that under the circumstances the item is used can cause any physical injury.
    Fine: $3,000

    DPC-302. Assault: Causing physical injury to another person
    Fine: $3,000

    DPC-303. Resisting Arrest: Attempting to escape arrest by fleeing or presented false information to police.
    Fine: $3,000

    DPC-304. Obstruction: Any act that prevents a police officer in performing their duties
    Fine: $3,000

    DPC-305. Conspiracy: Agreeing or planning to engage in a criminal act.
    Fine: $2,000

    DPC-306. Willing Destruction of Property:
    Fine: $2,000

    DPC-307. Petit Larceny:Taking property valued less than $1,000.
    Fine: $2,000

Class “C” Offenses: Violations (Infractions):
All violations carry a $1,000 fine.
Jail Time: 3 hours

    DPC-400. Extortion: Obtaining property by threatening to commit a criminal act
    DPC-401. Embezzlement: Converting and obtaining property without consent of the owner.
    DPC-402. Begging
    DPC-403. Loitering
    DPC-404. Prostitution: Engaging in sexual activity in exchange for the payment of money in a public place.
    DPC-405. Patronizing a Prostitute: Paying money to another person in exchange for sexual activity in a public place
    DPC-406. Public Intoxication
    DPC-407. Public Indecency: Exposing male or female genitalia in a public place
    DPC-408. Disorderly Conduct
    DPC-409. Trespass:Entering a building or structure without the consent of the owner.
    DPC-410. Vandalism: Defacing or damaging another person’s property without the consent of the owner.
    DPC-411. Harassment: Engaging in acts to harass, annoy or alarm another person
