Concerns; Security breach inside the HQ.

Hello DEPD,

I have seen an increasement in civilians being allowed in the HQ without autherization by the DEPD Command. The HQ is an area for cops, innmates and victims. I want to remind the officers its not a social bar for you to hang out with your friends. If you want to hang out with civilians that are not involved in;

A) Taking a statement
B) Giving a report
C) Are arrested
D) Getting abused for /corruption/ RP
E) Autherized by the command staff.
F) Or are there for medical reasons, Think EMT's for wounded innmate. Or a Shrink to pick up an Asylum client. ((Other doctors do not get access to the building. Its what we have EMT's for, Do not take the medical emergency RP away from the DEFD. I will be enforcing this from now on. There have been complaints that Doctors from DEMH were summoned to do an EMT's job. Were all here for RP, if they wanne RP an EMT, they need to join Mela's group. Only fair for the other firefighters.))

They dont have ANY access to the inside of the DEPD. This doesnt include the outside of the lobby, they can wait there. But the doors are locked for DEPD personal only for a reason. If I see another officer have a tea party with a civilian without any of the above reasons mentioned they will get displanary actions taken against them. Which can result in suspension.

If a citizen without reason is found within the DEPD there tresspassing and other officers are ordered to arrest them and charge them with 3 hour jail time. If they refuse to comply. They get 15 hours of jail time.
