The following are to be used when filling out IC reports for Incidents reported and Arrests made.

When posting (READ ME):

Subject line: "IC Name(SL AVATAR Name)"
Example: Lucy Morrisey (Lucyloo Morrisey)"

Before creating a file, Officers are to search this thread for the subject/suspect to see if their name has already been filed. If a file/topic has already been created for the subject, Officers are to put their reports under the file/topic with the subject's name (just reply to topic their name is under). Duplicate files/topics will be deleted and the reports will be placed in the appropriate file. Reports with subjects who have not been identified (ICly unknown) will be placed under the file labeled "Unknown" and will then be moved to the appropriate file when the subject has been identified (contact Lucyloo Morrisey or Ephran Ehrler for this). Reports that do not satisfy this will be' returned' to the reporting officer to be corrected. Some Examples were made.

If an IMMEDIATE arrest is being made - do not create an incident report. Simply complete an arrest report.
