It is with great warming pleasure that i welcome myself to you all at the DEH as the new Chief of Medicine.
I am delighted to step into the role as Chief and be allowed the oppertunity to lead the DEH into a new and brighter future. 🙂

To settle peoples minds and thoughts about there future and the future of the hospital i would like to inform everyone that nobody will be removed or replaced from there roles in the DEH, i will however be revising the current system and making small alterations here and there to improve roleplay experience and bring in a new lease of life into the DEH.

The Hospital as you are all aware is a major feature in the sim of Dead End, it provides the city and its citizens with primary health care and perhaps other services not reconized by the National Health Board 😉

while activity around the hospital has been reduced in recent times i am confident of retifying this with improved addons and additons to both structure and character of the hospital and creating exciting and in depth storylines and dramas, possible ideas have included mass illness and infections, power failures, and perhaps some rather sex hungry Doctors and Nurses 😮

I am aware at the moment of an issue with joining the newly proposed DEH Group, Nadir is also aware of this and has assured that it is working for everybody but should anybody have future issues please feel free to make a note to myself and will assist as required.

On a OOC note i will not be policing anybodies Roleplay, you are all free to Roleplay whatever you like, whether corrupt or straight , evil or good .. you are all more then welcome to carry on with your characters as you please 😀

Myself and Nadir have spoken a few times about the hospital and its future path .. some ideas have already been implemented and others are currently being discussed,

Included ideas:

EMT's and Paramedics being introduced as a first response for the cities medical emergencies.
(Rules and Guides surrounding the First Responders are being prepared and will be published in a future post on the forums.)

Senior Staff - Nurses and Physicians who show dedication to duty will be considered for a Senior Role within the hospital , at the moment due to a limited number of active people these will be limited in space until we recruit more staff and build up the roleplay and activity within the hospital.

Addional Roles - These could include Morticians and Psychiatrists even Security Staff are a possibilty in the future once as menioned we can build up rolesplay and activies.
