I've begun scoping and developing the third generation of the DE website. I'm writing from my phone so ill be brief ... But here are some ideas as to what id like to see on the new site. I'd love to hear what you think is good now and any wish lists.

• single sign on across website
• username will be standardized to SL name
• forums, blogs, photos, groups, photos all on same platform (we currently have several that we had to force to work together and is a bit clunky)
• activity feed for global and group
• @mention with notification
• photo uploads
• "like" and quick emote buttons for all content types (ie. photos, forum replies, status)
• event management and calendar
• activity feed and profile shows your criminal and hospital history based on in-world character evolution system
• twitter and Flickr integration into profiles
• mobile friendly

Essentially, deadend 3.0 will be a private social network that is super user-friendly and allows us to share stories, events, knowledge and better the "community" feeling for both new and existing

I will make sure the forums migrate over. It's going to be a lot of work but will be fun to develop next! ETA - beta by end of October.
