I have been asked for almost a year now to create rental homes for the 'suburbs' of Dead End. I have now started out with 5 homes on a trail in Dead Drop to see how it goes. If the suburbs are popular then I will start standardizing the homes and put small trails of them as land near Dead End or RP areas become free.

First, what should we call the new area? Post your ideas and we will have a poll in a few days for the name of the living area of the new "DE Surburbanites".

Welcome to the Dead Drop Suburbs! Our small suburban homes are just between L$1600 and L$3200 monthly to rent. You get access to the land tool on the plot your home is located on, allowing you to set up your own personal media (music/video) streams. Once you rent via the sign under the mailbox you have between 100 and 200 prims to customize the inside of your house and your yard! GENERAL RULES:

• Prim limits are based on an honor system. We will return prims if you are consistently over the limit.
• Payments should be made to your assigned rent/tier sign just outside your home (under your mailbox).
• Keep prims within parcel lines, unless you have the other renter's permission. Ctrl+Alt+shift+P to view property lines

NEW RENTER GUIDE:

1) Pay the "For Rent" sign. Your first payment will have to be two weeks rent up front (following payments can be made weekly).

2) You should receive an invite to "Alterscape Residents" within a few minutes (if not contact Nadir Taov or Esperanza Hernandoz).

3) Rez prims and set to "Alterscape Residents" group in order for them to not auto-return

4) Remember to de-activate the group whenever you are done placing objects!

5) To extend your lease, continue to pay the pay box beneath your mailbox!
