Well, many of you know but I figure I may as well make the announcement official here -

Shade and I have taken over Donu Coba's old parcels in Dead Drop and are looking to bring RP out there! We have space for rent and three businesses currently (a bar, a diner, and the motel). The bar is currently being sort of managed by Kahlen Vaniva, we have a Yheng running the Diner, and the motel needs a manager!

In addition, we are renting apartment space so if you're looking for a place to call your own and Wharfside and such are full up (they're popular as hell and on-sim space is at a premium for a reason, Nadir's apartments are great!) feel free to check in with us. 🙂

We're hoping to bring good RP to Dead Drop and revitalize the area some since most of the clubs etc. out there shut down (much to my dismay!). There's a lot of good RP to be had out there and a lot of good opportunities. This is NOT an attempt to draw RP away from DE, of course, but spreading out the RP space a little is good for everyone and prevents everyone from sitting in the square all day!

I am hoping to have an event to celebrate the opening of this area for business in the near future, I just need to get with Shade to figure out what kind of no-good we'll be promoting. 😉
