We're all super friendly with the raped and so Princess and I put together a plot to make things decidedly less friendly. We're calling it rape culture. We're going to make you all suffer! At least the victims anyways. In real life, victims run a gauntlet of unfair treatment following a sexual assault and, to date, that just hasn't been seen in DE. The goal here is to make being a victim a more meaningful experience. The following changes are being made, but we'd like to open the door to anyone to jump in on the fun of instilling a rape culture in DE.

-Tarra and Marty are encouraging the PD the be rougher on victims claiming they were assaulted. More intense questioning and less instant belief of the accusation.
-Pagan and Cara are following suit in the DA's office with pledges to grill their potential witnesses and really put them through the ringer.
-Kendall and the fire department are removing OOC restrictions that have kept EMT's to exclusively professional RP. They are also IC removing security cameras from inside their ambulances.
-Princess has re-written hospital procedures for a rape kit to make them much less friendly. They have also added requirements for the use of trans-vaginal ultrasound imaging technology making the entire process more violating than ever before.
