Some of you might know me, some may not I am an active RPer in Dead End and I am currently working with the DEPD and HPD.. If at all possible, about some cross sim Rp between the two sims.. A lot of the things that are in CD right now are being implemented in Dead End as well such as the APB systems and factions.. For this to work a few things would have to take place..

Guns: Guns are still not allowed in Dead End, but the answer to your armed character is simple.. magnets.. Gun powder simply doesn't work in Dead End due to magnets.. (( Ok its a crappy answer but its the only one I have)) As for Dead End characters coming to CD.. They would have to write out an application to carry just like everyone else does..

Kidnapping: If your character is kidnapped in DE then they can't run around CD or vice versa.. it only makes sense.. Also, that way the the characters who may be looking for you in the other sim have a chance to figure out where you are..

Police Rank: Your rank will give you some pull with the PD in the neighboring city, but a SGT in DE working in DE would have more pull than a CD SGT in DE.. and of course the other way around..

Alts: If you play Bob in CD and Joe in DE this would be totally acceptable.. Its your Rp anyway! Just make sure that if there is an arresting officer attempt you tell them.. No I am Billy Bob here.. I have no warrants.
