The old Busted Knuckles had a basement for the necessary tortureplay. The new misses that. For now I use that room above the rentable shop next to the garage. However the moment that gets rented out, I'm left with nothing. Is there a possibility to add a basement or get a stair to the next floor.

A second request is making the garagedoor lockable. It has happened several times now that people just open up the door in the middle of RP.

Third but not least, how do the GM feel about me getting my own Busted Knuckles signs up. Only because mine give away the hint that we don't only do garagework.
