BACKGROUND: The business will provide several services,main focus is shipping and transport within DE. Import and export will be part of it too. The intention is to make the location the hub for said transport services, providing deliveries from the docks to the Pawn Shop and other shops/bars/clubs in the city. It will also function as the main office for the taxi service, which is already an item in Deadend. The business will be connected to The Pawnshop and The Pawns. The location in the RLD is perfect for providing rp as The Pawns and The Mambas are at war with eachother and being close to the container terminal. Illegal (smuggling ) transports will of course be a big part of the rp setting, think about drugs for a club coming into DE by ship or slaves that need to be shipped to a club. As the business is run by Ming Yheng and her IC brother, thus having a Chinese flavor, the second floor will be used for an even more illegal setting, an opium den, hidden from prying eyes. IC transports within DE will be done by vans or small trucks to prevent vehicles clogging up the streets.

EXPERIENCE:I have a taste for owning a bustling business in DE, I had a shop before but I passed that to Meite Yheng as she needed a business front for her faction the Si-Fan. Sadly that faction was terminated quite soon and before I had a chance to apply for that location again it was let to someone else. This is my opportunity to boost roleplay in Deadend again, all the places I had in the past were rp hubs and provided loads of roleplay storylines. Also, the location will hopefully increase roleplay in the RLD which is imo not bustling enough. As this is a business proposal and not a faction proposal, I will stay as active in The Pawns as I am now. Ming will ICly manage Yheng Transport Inc and Sheyui, her brother will be working there. Of course, additional employees will be actively sought (drivers, clerks, etc.)
