BACKGROUND: Yheng Market Proposal Background: Yheng Market is a true Chinese business, providing items around Culture, food, tea, herbs, spices and much more that can be exported out of China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. UNIQUE: The Yheng Market is a family business that is being handed down to Mei. Mei has a vision of the store that will be cleaned up a bit with a little more space for Tea tastings and sales for unique items that imported into the United States. The shop will continue to be Chinese and only Chinese, I will not move toward Asian fusion, American or Japanese styles of business. There will still be a small selection of food that will compliment the Amazing Teas freshly important from China and Taiwan. While the Yheng Market will remain a RP business it will also be a front for the Si Fan Gang. The Si Fang needs a home, meetings and recruitment will be handled through the business along with any money from Si Fan Endeavors. The Yheng Market remains Unique in the way it is run and its focus on Chinese Fair, while it may shift because of a remodel, the rp and business will stay traditional and focus on culture. The focus of the business will not be to get rich but to expand the Chinese cultural footprint into Dead End. EXPERIENCE: Mei has been rp'ing for several years and this is her chance to start to make a name for herself. In her RL she is Taiwanese is a business woman holding several degrees and she looks at things most often from a logical perspective, I love the idea of this shop and have enjoyed working in it and in my own way educating some on things from her own home country, well mostly Tea, but it is dear to me. IC'ly, Mei is the adoptive Daughter of Ming Yheng, she is and has work closely with her mother to learn the family and the Yheng way of handling affairs. She is known to run hot and cold but she strives to to carry herself and her families business in a way that is above all others. While she is young she is ambitious to prove herself not only to her elders but to the rest of the family. Her vision is build an organization that would make her mother proud of her, and help direct the family to help build a strong base and legacy of the Yheng name. IDEAS: With the Attacks on her family Mei has an extreme focus on organizing the environment around her, she finds the idea of leaving the DEPD heart breaking as she loved working with her mother, but now her focus has changed. She looks at the shop as her legacy much like it was the legacy of her mother. As the lead business for Si Fan Mei will work with Leslie (soon to be wife) and her Casino and Lyss, (her hand) to traffic any illegal good or beings in an everyday RP. From tradition the Yheng Market will not pedal drugs, Mei feels that the Yheng family is above such things and will not tolerate it in her presence. OTHER: Because this is a front business, we will hire employees, these employees will be held at the highest standard and hand picked by Mei. She will expect all employs to act in accordance with Yheng philosophy which with Mei can change in the time of a breath. There will be a grand re-opening event planed for the market, where she hopes that all her family will be there to show the solidarity of the family to the community. EXPERIENCE:The business provides Mei a piece of home and a great rp environment as well as a Front for Si Fan faction. I do not just see this a a faction front however but a business that offers great rp and an opportunity to pull for all at all levels of rp experience.
