BACKGROUND: I plan on taking this business in a positive direction, making changes here and there so people might feel the need to go there. One idea I have so far is to put a hoolah lounge in the back room. Since it's a business I plan on offering IC discounts on merchandise as well as trying to hold IC get togethers for customer appreciation, as well as 'hangouts' (parties/get togethers) to encourage people to buy things. New employees will have the opportunity to come in for IC interviews as well as to work shifts with other employees just so they get more interaction. Being in a business all day alone gets boring sometimes. Of course this would be up to the employees, they will not be denied employment unless there is an IC reason. My character would be managing the store...Having gotten a 'promotion'. I will work as the owner and operator of the store, but not outright and upfront.

UNIQUE: Well the plan as of now is to make it sort of a front. My partner is going to be the 'On paper' owner, whereas my character will be operating from behind, while simply looking like a normal worker. Further plans for the business are still be thought up but so far we are wanting to make it a fun social place for all of DE's 'stoners' and smokers.

EXPERIENCE:I just want to have a good time RPing and I know everyone else does too. When it comes to conflicts OOCly I do my best to make sure I either avoid it or help however I can.I want to make sure that whoever becomes my employee(s) can have a good time and know that they are being watched out for. As for past experience, I don't have a lot SL related. I really just like to help people and make sure everyone's happy.

IDEAS:I'm going to have it set up so there is at least two people to contact for info about the place as well as I would like have 'Phone calls' to inform players that I looked over their application and etc etc. I want to make the RP as close to realistic as possible. When they get the job have them come in for training...The works. Stay friendly and make sure I hear them out on suggestions.

OTHER:For a grand re-opening I was thinking about having a 'Free Hookah' night. Everyone goes in, if they buy say...20$ of merc or more, they are invited to sit in the back room and enjoy a hookah. Good music, people and good times. It would be an evening affair and people could come and go as they please.
