BACKGROUND: My character is kind hearted to a fault. She's the type of person that has risked injury to help a stranger, and would put someone to work for an hour if it meant they'd get a healthy meal. In order to make new employees feel included, I would make myself readily available for RP and answer questions in the best possible way. Events that I've considered for The RH are: 1) Open Mic Night -- patrons welcome to play live music, read poetry, perform stand up comedy, etc. 2) Trivia Night. 3) High Tea -- customers get half off of specialty treats when they purchase a cup of tea.

UNIQUE: Making The RH stand out from other business would be a challenge, all other businesses offer excellent RP as far as I've seen. I can only hope to add competition by making myself available, and hosting events.

EXPERIENCE:I've helped Manage rental units in the RP Sim 'The Fallen' when it was up and running. The experience gained from that taught me to have extra patience when dealing with other players from an OOC level. RL, I am a Supervisor where I am currently employed, and have experience in dealing with staff and the public. Experience gained has taught me to be courteous and patient as well.

IDEAS:Other players tend to be welcomed with open arms ICly and OOCly. I understand we're all from different walks of life, and I can accept that other players take on different roles than what I've chosen, and have different RL personality traits than I do. Showing acceptance goes a long way.

OTHER:I'd host a week long High Tea event as described above -- half off a specialty treat with the purchase of a cup of tea. My hopes are that it would draw players from all over DE to come and RP.
