BACKGROUND: It sits idle, needs a bit of life, some down home southern hospitality in the big City. Have pizza eating contests, all you can eat night for a flat price and free meals while working to those on staff. My character is a super friendly southern woman, high morals and an innocent sense of humor which would go well in the clueless humor of running such an establishment.

UNIQUE: Make it the local hang out with Friday Night Specials, beer on tap, never ending pitchers of soda, free drinks to those in uniform. (DEPD, DEFD)

EXPERIENCE:RL.. I have a dual Master's degree in Business Management and International Finance so this stuff is right up my alley with a hint of humor, role play fun and an overall good mentality. I am not savvy on the net aspects and such, nor graphics but am a fast learner and am not above asking for help either.

IDEAS:I believe in contacting them directly. Set it up so they can start to apply, have a set of standard rules but the best way is IC interaction over note cards. A down home friendly, welcome to the team is always best for me.

OTHER:If permitted get an A frame sign for the front walk, a banner and then have those working encouraging those to come in. Send invite that the DEFD and DEPD eat free and then have a free pitcher with a purchase of a pizza or buy one get one free that night. Contact employees and ask them to show up, bring a bit of sass in their outfits and perk up the place a bit. Make it lively and fun and attract all different aspects of DE residents in order to encourage the diverse role play opportunities about.
