BACKGROUND: The Hedonist will offer : 1) Superior class Fun is never as good as when it is shared of people of your social level. The hedonist is probably one of the least derelict place in Dead End and should thus be the haunt of the local gentry. The place will have a dress code. Suits and gowns in the welcoming areas will contrast with total nudity of the mezzanine. Prices and good security at the door will ensure that common plebeians will be kept at bay, unless part of staff or invited as toy. 2) Hidden flesh market Devotion of the employees to the public will be absolute. Equality of mankind stops at the door. The Hedonist acknowledges two castes, the masters, players, users, meant to enjoy, and the caste of workers, used, abused and discarded when causing problems. The place will buy, train and sell human toys for the temporary or permanent enjoyment of its members. 3) Questionable ties With people of power come instruments and signs of power. The Hedonist will have to accommodate the passions and entertainments of the elite it attracts. VIP clients will be welcome to conduct their shady business while enjoying the convenience of a club that never runs out of coke, heroin, ecstasy, viagra and more chemical goodness of the kind. As for employees : considering the specific nature of the activities of the club, the aim will be to create in them a feeling of membership in one family, or in a gang, protecting each other and the management.. Everyone will have their chance (upon clicking the sign), but rules and clear, realistic objectives will be set. Regular events will revolve around the themes of games and money. Staff, volunteers or captives could be put on auction, or gambled through games of cards. Stories will be read and/or "acted" by the staff, with the possibility for the public to decide of the outcome, or to have it randomly chosen in a list. Orgies, CFNM/CMNF days could also occur, with an attempt to reproduce an eyes wide shut / Story of O atmosphere. Charles "Doc" Roy-Levasseur is pretty much the perfect character for the place, being a general practitioner in the medical field, this able to deal with the drug aspect. He has a hobby of training and selling slaves, the club providing him with a perfect commercial display.

UNIQUE: The Hedonist will pretty much stand out because of the elements stated above. To sum these specific differences, I could bring up these pointts : - It will be a place with an actual dress codes. It will be enforced IC (people will of course be able to challenge any rule IC, to be provocative, etc.) and OOC (when necessary, if the disturbance isn't backed by good RP and is random or careless). - It will encourage clients to participate with their own creations or participation.. story reading, photo displays, services or actual servants on auction... but also : - A partner will be sought to animate the club on American times. - Willing to help slightly renewing furniture/decoration, without augmenting permanent prim expense, whenever admins might decide/agree to.

EXPERIENCE:Played in Dead End between 2011 and 2014 as Zach Carmichael, sergeant of the DEPD, then as Slava Niekerk. Roleplayed before that and after, now returning to DE. Advocate for quality RP (para or semi-para, taking turns, trying to involve everyone, etc.) Drama free attitude, keeping it IC as long as possible, Believer in courtesy to solve problems but able to be firm and expeditious when necessary. Been manager of a live music club before.

IDEAS:- Go to people, engage them, role-play them and invite them to join if they seem up for a role or another. Create partnerships with other DE groups. - Be open with spontaneous candidates (having clicked the sign), guide them. - Use personal network, go look for potentially interested players not yet playing in DE.

OTHER:- To be discussed. I can imagine a party with live music, during which employees in a costume would hand out invitations to a selection of guests. As a second step, a more intimate, orgy sort of event could then occur for those holding said invitation (or whoever they might have passed it to).
