BACKSTORY: DE TEAHOUSE AND MANAGER PROPOSAL Recently I came back to DE, as I was bored with other things, so when I got the loft, I figured why not run the teahouse. I see no Rp going on at all as of late. A various bunch of friends suggested I could get business going as a professional place of business serving tea and food other than pizza. A high class joint. Of course various other deeds can take place below. One of the role plays can be a kitchen and using the roleplay to cook various delicious foods from other countries. Using a combination of underground seediness as far as a massage area for clients, delving in a little high class prostitution, and a bit of high class drugs, it might be the perfect place to hide such a thing. I would expect the venture to be small not overwhelming the city. I would manage the place, bring in more roleplay, also get more workers in to help with the flavor. There are several sexy places for dirty naughty deeds, and the fish market we would also bring that into RP as fishing from Dead Drop from another roleplayer’s property. The area doesn’t seem to have much going so expanding some business might do the area well. It would also be a good place to take your wife, girlfriend or lover for a more romantic or classier place for an evening. Servers would give massages, serve drinks, food, also work the massage room or work downstairs in a sexual manner. I think DE needs a little nightlife variety since late at night people stand around asking for food places. While the Pizza Slut is wonderful I would hope to bring more of a better taste in DE and a classiness for this one place even if its well wrapped into the seductive night. Would it be possible to try out my hand as manager for this place?

UNIQUE: This place would be more of a high class joint. most of DE is urban but as competition to the Pizza Slut and Coffee shop its a bit different in the way I can structure it to fit a higher standard with food, drinks, make is a romantic experience, or a business experience, with a few seedy things amiss.

EXP:First, I have run many crews outside of DE. I belong to many groups in and out of DE, I have writing experience, I blog, do photography, I have been in DE for over a year, I know how to roleplay extremely well, I am creative in discriptions of roleplay, I have roleplay in many places, setting the decor for environments, building, I have helped run a few sims. I have my own which I am closing down due to financial reasons. This would be a cool fresh start.

IDEAS:The area that the teahouse is in doesn't seem to have much roleplay, in expanding this new area and refreshing it to a degree I should be able to get a new portion of clientele into the area. I can host Dinner parties.Dead End has a few places to eat but fine dining and a warm holiday atmosphere is always nice. Though i admit I'm not perfect in roleplay I will continue to be as good as I can be. We dont do OOC events in DE as far as know but one point is no OOC crap should be brought into roleplay.

OTHER:Lots of friends in DE and attracting new people coming into the city can be a good thing and also helping others to roleplay is key. I see a lot of new people around and I have been asked to help them get started. Writing is my talent and Photography. working on helping the new get a profile and pics set up for their Deadend character is a lot of fun in itself so they can get on their way for fun in DE.
