BACKSTORY: Spunk R Us was a side business of B&D Productions. Due to ongoing investigations into illegal activities at BDP, it was thought prudent so spin off the porn shop into its own entity, still collaborating with the studio but outside of the BDP umbrella thus promoting the shop's integrity and self sufficiency. Upon hearing of the opportunity, Kerri Vaher (also known as Violet Vixen in the porn industry and an assistant manager at BDP) assumed temporary managerial duties at Spunk so that Dion could focus on the studio. Seeing how much the shop had been neglected due to the situation at the studio, Kerri proposed a business deal to Dion whereby he would deed the shop to her for tax purposes while still maintaining a collaborative relationship with BDP. As its own entity the new Spunk R Us will continue to provide the denizens of Dead End with a source of lewd pornographic films and kinky toys for their private, and sometimes not so private lives.

UNIQUE: Spunk has always been a refuge for the kinky at heart to browse DVDs and purchase adult toys. Under new management Spunk will strive to also become a community beacon in the Red Light District. Spunk will continue to provide the same kinky services to DE while stepping out to provide community events and collaborate with other businesses to showcase all that is lewd and beautiful about Dead End and the RLD in particular. Come to Spunk to enjoy your favorite barely legal movies or browse for a toy for that special submissive in your life. I see Spunk as more than just a place to RP by hosting events, sponsoring other business' events, and community involvement outside of the business such as casting calls for live dildo models and providing a place where couple (willing or not) can go to get their freak on in a semi-public environment. What good are porn booths if they don't get used?

EXP:I have been a faction head and sim admin for a small and unfortunately short-lived sim called The Isle of Kratas. I enjoy working with others to develop new ideas and ways to promote community events as well as inner-faction team building. A business in DE is like a family where every person involved is crucial to the enjoyment of everyone else involved. By promoting a happy business it strengthens the appearance of the business so that when it display a community presence where people will be more apt to engage with the business on a whole. I see businesses as mini factions that can work against or with each other to promote interaction and afford players more of a sense of community. As a business leader I think it is key to set an example that both encourages roleplay and inspires others to think beyond just their own character's persona.

IDEAS:Can't get enough cum? Enter our 'Ride until your Pied" marathon where people pay to take their turn with you on a public stage! Other event ideas would include collaboraitons with other Red Light District businesses to throw block parties where we all contribute to throwing the best damn party that isn't in the Square. The shop, just as the existing Spunk, will also provide a place for citizens new and established to hold down a job and RP so their characters can at least earn some extra dough to pay rent or blow on porn and glow in the dark condoms.

OTHER:Every seedy town needs a booming Red Light district, and every Red Light District needs a porn shop. My goal is to see that the new revitalized shop steps into a role of RLD revitalization. Along with other business in the RLD I would like to form an alliance or sorts whereby our goal is to bring people into the RLD and give them a fun, dynamic, and colorful place to hang out aside from the town square. An engaging RLD will benefit all of the RLD-based businesses and help us all to thrive in that filthy neon toxic glow that we all have come to love and call home.
