BACKGROUND: There's already a sushi place further into Chinatown, this faces the street so I'd like to run this as an Italian style cafe (as Rose is from Italia). She would also sell cigarettes (noone does yet!) imported wine and liquor, with a small range of snacks Italian style (brioche, biscotti, Italian desserts.) In RL I'm Italian, have lived in Italy and can work a coffee machine so my RP would be very accurate and informed. It would be great for any organised crime in the city too, to stereotype. And they could play cards. Italian cards. I'd base the menu on the suits in the deck for a cool and appropriate theme.

UNIQUE: Quirkiness. Character. Everyone loves Italian food. Coffee (real coffee) and cigarettes and liquor coffee are fitting to the sim and something different. Rose has worked at Lulu's for 2 years and has maintained a high level of RP at all times. Ask Steph, Kyo, Asuka, Ren,Deus, Kieren, Sleven ... just to name a few

EXPERIENCE:I'm a team leader and educator in real life... I'm pretty responsible and calm.

IDEAS:Good RP. Special training in real Italian coffee knowledge. Promotions, like free give always of the 80s classic "Italians do it better" T-shirt, or when the world cup us on, we'll broadcast it.

OTHER:CARNEVALE!! Venetian harlequin and pulcinello masks, confetti, free pastries, imported cigarettes, prosecco, weird and cultured at the same time, but dark enough for the sim. Carnival masks are really strange and morbid. Kind of freaky.
