BACKGROUND: The Red Herring is an icon in Dead End , a gathering place for the regulars the new comers , lurkers and innocents a like , I would like to continue this legacy , The herring would remain a place for the sweetest treats , along with the illicit drug filled treats . I would continue with Topless Tuesdays and think thursdays , as they seem rather liked events , I would encourage sim wide events , and contests as approved . New employess would be encouraged to work as many hours as fits their rp , they would be given responsibility , rp tasks as well has have the encouragement of a strong base of current employees . Rens character is a ditz , and this would continue she has no business savvy , But what she lacks in brains she makes up for in enthusiasm

UNIQUE: The herring would continue to serve the coffee niche and the designer baked goods niche in DE. perhaps a bicycle delivery service could be added , Contests to draw business would continue to be a draw .

EXPERIENCE:A sense of excitement , enthusiasm.. loyalty , and while I dont take myself too seriously i do take any responsibility i have entirely seriously .

IDEAS:I am nto afraid to go up and talk to anyone , I enjoy people from thoise that rp with one line to those that poost on a level akin to Tolstoy , ICly ren doesnt have a mean bone in her body . Employess would be able to practice their various skills in a fun creative atmosphere

OTHER:The Grand reopening , would have plenty of pink decor ... and perhaps some event , like police recruitment with free coffee donuts , fostering a partnership into the new age of ren running a business . A media blitz as well , ren being a bit vain and all .
