BACKSTORY: It's a Junk Yard located in Dead Drop. We already got the property, but we want to make sure that the plans are approved proper like. The idea is a junkyard that can be used to host the illegal fights, and the gambling business out of, in connection with hopefully Busted Knuckles, and The hopefully upcoming PI agency. It will be Managed by JayJ "Rabbit" Firehawk. This would give the location for fights to be held, along with the sewers and such, but this would be the main location, giving the PI agency a continued "clean" look under police inspection. Which I am sure there will be plenty of. It would also give kidnappers a place to hide their prey, if the price is right.

UNIQUE: Well, it goes back to what I said about the PI agency. There are a lot of places in Dead End and Dead Drop that run on the titties and drugs stance. Some other vices such as gambling and illegal fighting could be useful. There is also the nice perk of since it's a Salvage yard, things could be fenced such as stolen parts, or even finer stuff via cars getting pulled in and taken out of the place, or for the classic drugs angle, you could always stuff a pound of coke in a fender.

EXP:I have been a mod in a couple of places. I love to Rp, and I tend to think I can be helpful in both creating stories and just helping new people. Rabbit is also very helpful and has been Rping online since the dawn of time and people had to manually type the ones and zeros into the phone to make it work.

IDEAS:Well, fights for one thing and gambling on sporting events, using Rp cash of course. All manner of trafficking and fencing of stolen goods. Another port of entry for drugs to come into the city, and a place for the seedy characters of Dead End and Dead Drop to meet.

OTHER:The smell of sweat and the crack of bones on fight night. The sounds of asses hitting canvas, what is seedier than a good old fashioned illegal fight for cash? The ability to have a working port of entry for all the Rp drugs, perhaps a network of dealers and contacts could come from this.. Petty thefts and hold ups would have someplace to go after the act is done..
