BACKGROUND: As leader, I'd like to take Pizza Slut into a more "upscale" pizza place while still offering the under table prostituting/escorting. I'd like to improve the quality of all the things Pizza Slut has to offer, from girls to ingredients. I'd like to offer themed events for certain days of the week. Of course, Topless Tuesday or Freebie Fridays. As far as making new employees feel included, I'd like to offer weekly training sessions or even classes on how to perfect their skills on clients as well as handling food better. Concerning my character, ICLY Aiko is new to Dead End but OOCLY, I've worked at Pizza Slut before. Through Aiko's backstory, she has experience with wealthy and shady business dealings, so managing a simple pizza/escort place would be easy to deal with.

UNIQUE: Pizza Slut is a unique place as is. So playing on that I'd like to play up the pizza with a Lil' extra on the side. To my knowledge, there's no openly outed escort place, so I'd definitely like to play on that while just out the reach of cops finding it illegal. Maybe offering more than just pizza,sides, and ass. I'd like to offer more upscale things or even a "maid cafe" experience.

EXPERIENCE:As far as personal qualities, I own my own business in real life, so I manage things in a professional stance already.I also, run several real life events throughout the year, so I'm good at managing people as well. As far as past experience, I stated above I've worked at Pizza Slut in the past so I have a good grip on what the goal and purpose of the venue.

IDEAS:All new hires will be requires to go to a training seminar of sorts, at this seminar there will be an "inspection", since my goal is to offer better quality things, Icly I'd be inspecting the girls for diseases,addictions,and other things that would be a turn off for a client. To add to that, I'd also like to do once a week training or inspections/staff meetings. A good way to make the girls feel included and like it's a real job.

OTHER:For a grand re-opening, I'd like to maybe do a discount or a themed event. The end of the year is covered with big holidays, and if the grand re-opening is near one, I'd definitely like to add some festiveness to the business. Girls can come dressed up as the theme and even offer a discount or maybe coupons. I would like to announce a rewards program during the event, that way it would entice clients to return and for girls to do their best.
