BACKGROUND: As a leader, I would like to merge the Asylum and DEMH into one. I would like to add two more leads, who share equality , to aid in running both. A committee would be formed.. A Board member would be the next highest ranking for promotion. Martin Shaw and Fudge Placebo as committee members. Both shown great aptitude and dedication, in their roles. We as in the committee, would love to see staff be included in helping with events and of course patients in general. DEMH and Asylum both have in and out patient treatment. Would like them to be involved with helping other communities. DEMH offers psychological evaluations, drug screening, physicals, and counseling. Ideas we had for regular events are: Blood-drives, gala's, charity events.

UNIQUE: Dead End Memorial Hospital along with the Asylum stand on their own, specially with the ongoing traffic of patients. There are always job opportunities open. And with the darker atmosphere and merging the two buildings, we hope to achieve a terrifying, psychological experience to a willing role player; we have the equipment, the aptitude, and the skills to see it happen.

EXPERIENCE:For over a year I've run the Dead End Asylum. Also, helped lead the Dead End Memorial Hospital. Fudge Placebo, has also ran lead for Dead End Memorial Hospital. Martin Shaw, has only been here a few months and has been great asset to DEMH and Asylum. He is a great inspiration and has a lot of great ideas to help evolve DEMH/Asylum. Any future proposals the staff or we have will head to a vote. Possible proposal for Asylum rules and what we as a team will look forward to helping staff and patient alike receive a fulfilled role play. We like to get help with having possible classes we will have for the future. Perhaps for paramedics, DEMH and Asylum staff as well. The Asylum has always been corrupt and we as a team are willing to turn a blind eye as we hope the asylum will remain a cesspool of corruption. We believe in character consequence and just like real life, we will vote to see how harsh we'll be on a character who has been caught for their actions.

IDEAS:Interviews will be available to those who wish to role play. Also, we plan on keeping the hospital a non safe zone, and hopefully promote darker role play within the staff. We'll keep the patient gowns that we have now. Will also encourage staff who wish to play the darker side to use the Asylum to carry on their malevolent intent. We are also proposing for the upstairs wing to be open, hoping for an Ob/Gyn area due to the number of pregnancies, We hope it would build more rp and open up for more opportunities if doctors and nurses wished to broaden their role playing experience. We also, like to offer classes on how to be corrupt and not be caught. Let's just say we were inspired.

OTHER: We would like to throw a party for the staff. Both Dead End Memorial Hospital and Dead End Asylum. Would be a meet and greet, so we can feel like a family, and not strangers. Possibly, do this bi-monthly.
