Lulu's Bar and Grill

BACKGROUND: In terms of direction I can see Lily giving the bar a kind of "English pub" vibe, so having imported ales on tap, traditional 'pub grub' on the menu etc and generally giving the place a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This can also apply to the events as I could see things like pub quizzes, happy hours or beer festivals working fairly well, (This being Dead End there's definitely room for these events to get twisted in some way). As for my character fitting in as management? I don't think she would completely; which can work in terms of the business. With Lily's spontaniousness and inability to plan I can imagine her having to resort to numerous ways of saving money at the bar, which could lead to some interesting RP opportunities (Dodgy, illegally brewed alcohol for example).

UNIQUE: The fact Lulu's is sat directly in the middle of the town square already makes the place stand out and also makes it ideal for big events. I think also the pub vibe will give the place a welcoming atmosphere; somewhere people can go without worrying about being attacked etc (Again, this being DE that's not a guarantee).

EXPERIENCE:While I've no experience managing a business in the sim I've been RPing in DE now consistently for almost a year now and RPing in general for over a decade.

IDEAS:As the bar is pretty central I'm aware that it can be key place for new players to wander in to in search of a scene. I feel the best way to engage new arrivals is just to RP with them and help bring them into the world; more than likely by offering a free drink.

OTHER:I'd like to do something fairly big in the town square (as it's right outside Lulu's front door), so most likely just a big street party with free food, drink and music.
