BACKGROUND: My character has been a dancer and a bartender for years, so it makes sense that she would take the next step. She (and her typist!) are very out going and willing to talk and interact with anyone that is around. I have loved my interactions at Lulu's and it seems the place welcomes everyone. As a business lead for the place, I would make sure to reach out to all the employees and get their input for events and stories for the business. I fully encourage everyone to build their own story and keep the place a core location for activity. Since my character is out going and the bar is such a hub, I would host events that encourage participation from others. Since I also work at the Dark Room, I'd love to get some joint events going with other businesses and make use of the square. Amature dance night, beer pong competition, free drinks if you get spanked specials, and shibari demonstrations are just some of the ideas I have.

UNIQUE: I feel Lulu's stands out on its own and I want to build upon that. The previous owners have given the place a great reputation and I want to keep that going. Lulu's should be neutral ground for all factions and welcome everyone that wanders in. I plan to keep opportunities open to pedal drugs through the bar, an IC rent-able basement for hookers, and I want Lulu's to be a place where anything can happen and does with an active staff.

EXPERIENCE:I have roleplayed off and on for years and have my own real life business. I feel that I have the experience and the time to dedicate to such a position. My entire drive behind roleplay is to get involved and meet people. I can't think of a better way to do that than this!

IDEAS:As a business lead, I would reach out ICly and OOCly to new staff and get their opinions and ideas for the business. I bounce around a lot so I'm sure to run into new members and visitors and make sure the venture their way into the bar! I'm super happy with little scenes to make people feel welcome on sim.

OTHER:If I am approved, I would love to do a big holiday party for a grand re-opening. I would encourage dressing up, do photos with Santa or an sexy elf, find a way to have a snowball fight. Just something all around wintery fun that gets people involved!
