BACKGROUND: I want to see the business continue to grow and be active. It is one of the main spots for new players and it should be warm and welcoming for the most part. I am the type of person that reaches out to my staff and encourages them to attend events and asks them for their input.

UNIQUE: Lulu's does well enough standing out on its own, but I think just having it active will help things even more. One thing I have pushed before and will again is co-hosting events with other businesses which helps include more people.

EXPERIENCE:I've been leading Lulu's since January (aside from a short break recently) and I've always reached out to my staff, people in the square, other leads, and to people on sim in general. I am happy to work with people to make scenes happen or help point them in the right direction if they need it.

IDEAS:I spend a lot of time in and around the bar and try to make a point of meeting new players and staff. I invite people in and if they sign up, I let them know who the managers are and try to give them a little IC training if they want/need it.

OTHER:For a grand re-opening event, I'm going to do a new menu reveal and a formal dinner for people to sample the new food and drinks and meet some of the new staff.
