GROUP NAME: Lulu's Bar in Dead End

TYPE: Bar

BACKSTORY: Lulu's has been a standing icon in the city for some time. If I were to become owner of Lulu's I would want to try and make it more of the center piece it is to the town. I would want to try and bring more RP to that area and have people associate with each other who might not normally. I want Lulu's to sponsor more events and parties in the square, and just in general attract more RP. I also want to continue the morale we have among our employees, I think we have a good group of people who are dedicated to not only the bar but each other. I want to include as many people possible in RP.

UNIQUE: There are many bars in Dead End but none with the location of Lulu's. Lulu's is THE local dive bar, not just "a bar." It is in the central location of the city and hub. It is one of the first places New RPers would come across. Therefore we would stand apart from other establishments by being THE place to go to hangout, have a drink, help new RPs develop and grow, and most of all to just enjoy the role-play company around you. Newcomers can also pick up tips, snippets of story lines and activities they might want to be involved in.

EXP:I have been actively RPing in Dead End for 9 months now, the entirety has been spent working at Lulu's as a Dancer and then Manager. I think I would be a good leader because I have RL experience with Managing but mostly because I am passionate about making Dead End's Roleplay experience amazing for everyone.

IDEAS:I want to host more events at and outside of Lulu's, like the Masquerade Ball earlier this month. Dancers at Lulu's is a great way to attract more attention and I want to try and get a good group of regular dancers there. OOC I plan to keep up the morale. The Lulu's staff actively communicates with each other IC and OOC and I plan to keep it that way if not improve it more.

OTHER:I am extremely passionate about Lulu's and Dead End and I want to help make both wonderful and positive places to RP.
