GROUP NAME: Lulu's Bar and Grill

BACKSTORY: The reason for the proposal for new ownership is the current owner and managers are rarely around or attending to the business. Currently, Lulu's is being roleplayed as having an owner that on occasion flies into the country to check on the bar. The staff group isn't getting any attention either. We do not talk to the management, we get no notices or updates. My overall agenda for Lulu's is to take it over as an owner that is accessible and regularly on sim for both the staff and the patrons. I intend to work with the staff group, and establish a core group of regular and part time roleplayers for lulu's in Dead End. I'd also like to use the dominate force that Lulu's is as a gathering place to start working with other business to promote roleplay throughout the sim. I want any roleplay we do in Lulu's name be open and honest, so i feel it's better to submit a proposal to take over the bar ownership.

UNIQUE: Lulu's already stands apart as a social hub and gathering place for Dead end roleplayers. Right now i'd like to start with the lulu's staff. My short term goal is to get the group interacting with each other and talking, getting to know who they work with. Slightly more long term, i'd like to get a list of full timers (regular roleplayers) and part timers(occasional roleplayers) and clean up the group totally. Eventually i'd like to start reaching out to the other businesses and their leaders to get their business names out, and hopefully get their business and staff interacting with my business and my staff.

EXP:I'll be a good leader in Dead End because i'm immersed in the roleplay there. I know the people, the business,and what's normally going on in the sim. I want to put the effort in to make my group really exceptional. I'm willing to put the time and dedication needed to promote Dead End as one of the best dark urban roleplay sims on the grid. I spend alot of time directing newcomers around in DE already, and people feel comfortable coming to me with issues, ic and ooc.

IDEAS:I'd like to see Lulu's hosting events sponsored by the local businesses. Trying some in character events like " Sushi and sake night" with the Jade Dragon, "Beer and Pizza Sluts." with the pizza slut staff, things like that. I'm also hoping to organize some events for my staff in other areas of the sim, like casino nights or business meetings.

OTHER:I want to turn Lulu's in the BDSM version of Cheers. We know your name, your favorite drink, and how you like to be tied up. Because it's fun, and people appreciate being recognized. And i mix the greatest dirty martini known to man.
