BACKSTORY: Well Lee and I have talked and we are gonna go with Shilah being the owner and Lee the General Manager. We intend for the place to be a nuetral ground for the various gangs and factions in DE. This does negate any agreements already made. We also want to focus on the fighting idea several of you have had. About the gang nuetral territory, the idea is basically they can come and hang out, transact business and or trade kidnappees, etc... All without worrying about anyone asking questions. While somehow I am sure we will end up involved in much more than this, it is what we intend to focus on in the beguinning.

UNIQUE: For one, we will be unaffiliated with any major gang or faction in the city, capable of providing muscle for ourselves or others. We will provide a "Safe" area for the gangs to interact without worry of interference, well except for DEPD....

EXP:Ok, so Shilah is new here, but I feel I can bring a wild and crazy attitude to this and maybe make it into something. Also, I have ran my own club in SL for 4 years, it was moderately successful. Lee has experience back in Dead Drop running a darker side club and has more time with RPing than I do.

IDEAS:We would start a DE fight club possibly, offering a chance for the toughest of the various factions in DE to come and prove which group has the toughest SOB's around. Also we would provide a place farther from the DEPD than Lulu's for people to have their nefarious schemes play out.

OTHER:This would be a combination of Lee's and my ideas, a rough and ready place for people to let it all hang out. I feel it would really allow many opportunities for various RP and also with the contacts I have already made, would allow for more RP in other parts of DE.
