BACKGROUND: Since this business is in the redlight district I would cater to the bikers, bar hoppers, gangs. I would make the new employees feel included but asking them for RP ideas having meetings an communicate with them, I would be contactable as well as be in the shop checking in to see if they needed anything, I would make them see I do not ask them to do anything I would not do. Events could be specials on Tattoos buy one get one for a friend half price, man crush mondays women crush Wednesdays titty twister tuesdays an so one each event would be tied with the tittle, maybe women getting their man tattooed or the guys getting their girls tattooed, women getting breast tattoed.

UNIQUE: My business would not only deal in Tattoo's, I would have apparel, an hooka pipes, We have a group that RPs an are very active meaning it would stand out because people would be there RPing. I would also have bongs an pipes in a hidden room an I can't say the business would not be a front for other business.

EXPERIENCE:I have been in the air force, an worked in a prison running a housing unit of inmates from minimum to max security, I have an associates degree in business management. I have been RPing for 15 years an am open to suggestions. I have been a story teller a mod an a mentor on sims before.

IDEAS:I plan to engage new players on the sim by being active, showing them RP, giving them incentives explaining how having a job can help them in this city, I would not leave new players out instead I would invite them in, I would put out notices that we were hiring to help draw them in.

OTHER:For a grand Re-opening event, I would have a dj, an open bar, perhaps some strippers, offer half price tattoos drawings for a free one at another time. I would advertise the event as a party for body art.
