BACKGROUND: I would hope to have Kink Ink move towards a more progressive direction. Engaging with more collaborations with the other businesses within the red light district, through maybe having a monthly fair that would display the talents of each shop in the RLD, or even smaller events that would involve discounts on part of one of the businesses to draw in more customers. Our motto down at Kink Ink is teamwork makes the dream work. So in order to make new employees feel more welcomed, I would treat them the same way I was treated when I first came to kink ink. Which is with complete and total love and care. I would try my best to introduce them to the other employees and let them know about any regular patron's we might have, and just try to make them feel at home at kink ink, because that is what it boils down to. Gen/Celeste, fits into this position because she has always been very authoritative in the way that she carries herself. She is always looking for opportunities to branch out and make alliances and relationships with others to see how it would end up benefiting herself. And that is what the position of being manager would enable her to have.

UNIQUE: I will make this business stand out, through the amount of creative and fresh events that we will hopefully be able to have and to draw people into. Besides that, I want Kink Ink to be a place in which people feel completely safe, but in all actuality are not safe at all. So in a way I want Kink Ink to become an creative hunting ground for those who like to prey, but only for people to prey on the patrons not the employees.

EXPERIENCE:Well, for one, I am very organized. I keep everything in my inventory organized and in folders and note cards, and I believe that organization is essential for any person to flourish period. Secondly, I am a very productive person, I put all of the things I need to do into my calendar and even make a to do list so that I know that I am getting things done. On top of that, I have managed clubs in SL on some of my earlier accounts, I've ran and organized and founded, multiple clubs and organizations while I was in high school, which where all successful. All because of my organization and my discipline.

IDEAS:I plan to engage new players and and employees ICly by for one, encouraging them to try a new tattoo, or a new piercing or something of that sort, get them involved in the art form that is body art. And then on top of that I would Show them my character's process in doing body and helping them to gain their own process or learn their own process. I would engage new players by doing the same except by inviting them to events that we have and encouraging them to spend time at Kink Ink, because the tattoist and piercers at kink Ink know how to have fun and are awesome people.

OTHER:For a grand re-opening event, I would do a half off event hopefully in collaboration with the Dark Room and Maybe Spunk R US, In which, Participants could get half off a lap dance for ever tattoo they get at Kink Ink and 75 percent off of a tattoo or piercing design for every lap dance, striptease they purchase at the Dark Room. and 25 percent off of a tattoo for every purchase they buy at Spunk R US over 45 dollars.
