BACKSTORY: Warwick Simondsen, Chief of Medicine at the DEMH is desperate for funds to the hospital, poor equipment and lack of funding has prompted drastic action to be taken with several rejections from the city hall for extra funds. Since his hospital is a constant source of robberies for medical drugs he has drawn up a plan to traffick in drugs from outsourced locations via the guise of a funeral home, nobody would question darker motives of a funeral home as a city service, and also with the hospital morgue becoming over crowded with jane and john does .. the hospital needs somewhere to dispose of bodies unclaimed.

UNIQUE: Drugs and kidnapping are a main theme of the city, the hospital is run from a basis of medical drugs, corpses come to the hospital morgue, putting two and two together....Warwick sees this as a perfect oppertunity to plow money into the hospital for new equipment and patient care, since city hall 'have no funds' available for a major city service like the hospital, Warwick has decided that its time for drastic action and see these funeral home plans as the idea cover for drug trafficking with out of city sources.

EXP:I am already leader of the DEMH Hospital as Chief of Medicine and have been since the begining of the year.

IDEAS:The funeral home would also be a legit business, serving families at dark times, people die in the city .... a funeral home would be a great place to rp death scenes or those wanting to try new things with the drug trafficking it would also be of use to known drug dealers and runners in the city looking for new suppliers.

OTHER:I know that deaths are very seldom in DE, its mostly NPC deaths that happen, but it is hoped that with the drug running more in depth rp could be opened up at the funeral home and perhaps even spark off conflict from other drug gangs or 'businesses' that the city is home to.
