BACKGROUND: Would keep it as a great place for people to both get eat and drink in a relaxed environment. Would promote with events like Sake body shot night, and Sushi body meals. Other events such as come dressed as a Geisha and get a free meal.

UNIQUE: I would like to cross promote with other businesses in the area. To both help the Jade Dragon and other businesses thrive. Handing out coupons for other businesses, and hold cross promotional events.

EXPERIENCE:I enjoy RPing with everybody. I like to think I am somebody that everyone can get along with. I like to try to make everyone welcome, make everyone feel included. I love working with others to make great stories happen, and have experience in other RP communities as a Story Planner. I love Japanese culture, and want to give people another place where they can go to engage in fruitful roleplay.

IDEAS:Would like to welcome new comers with discount dinners for first time customers. Would make new employees feel involved with being there for them, and to give in character instructions. Would make employees feel the business success will be as much theirs as it is anyone else's.

OTHER:Have myself and Employees dress in Geisha wear for the Grand Opening, Karaoke and perhaps some more erotic means of serving for the night are possible. Possible contest for customers to take part in as well.
