Jade Dragon

BACKGROUND: I had always wanted to own a place like the Jade Dragon, my character is Japanese, but with the Idea I had the Diner was what I went for. I had to drop the Diner due to RL work changing and crazy schedules I could not be on Sl enough to keep it going or start a story. I am now back on my feet and able to be on Sl again as normal. I feel the Jade fits Rize better than the Diner did. I will say I am dropping the whole Cannibalism thing, letting Rize do that on her own time, to herself. I want her owning the Jade to be a bit more normal and serious considering it is her culture. It will be something personable and something that can keep her a bit more sane, though she will still just be as crazy. As for events on a Norm I would have deals such as All you can eat Sushi, ALl you can eat Udon, Free Mochi/green tea ice cream with a purchase of so many sushi rolls or a diner and a drink. Things of the such like that. As well as, coming together with some of the other business I am close to and hopefully, if consented, give out coupons with so much of a purchase to those places. As for the bigger events I have a few ideas to get started. One night I would want to turn the Jade into a Maid Cafe, where all of the workers working would have to dress as Maids or butlers. Another events would be a Tokyo Cosplay Tea Time, or Diner time. Where some of us Nerdy DE rpers can dust off some of those outfits, collecting dust in our inventory and have a reason to where them. Then to make things a bit normal, I would want a Karaoke night where the drinks would be half off and we can all come together and watch everyone act a fool after a few of them. I would also like to work together with other places to give out coupons if they purchase so much in store, or during events such as Sushi eating contests, or udon eating contest, etc. etc. Of course there will still be some craziness and conflict, Rize has a knack of pissing people off and there are a few that don't like her and a few she don't like. Always fun when they come together. She will constantly be here, so anything she has planned to do will start here at the Jade. Everyone she wants involved in it will have secret meetings here as well, but all that is a small side note.

UNIQUE: I want to make the Jade very cultural and keep the Asian theme of it alive. This is little Asia town after all. Keep it a bit more authentic, but still with the crazy Dead End flare. There are so many possibility with the theme that can be done and keeping everyones attention. Not to mention it is in the center of the town and it will not be missed. Rize is very outgoing and quite obnoxious of her ways it is something that will be hard to miss and will always be quite the rp fun time.

EXPERIENCE:I had previously managed the Diner, again I do regret having to get rid of it but a RL and crazy schedule got in the way of sl altogether. Aside from that I have managed a few clubs, Dj's, dancers, etc. I am definitely used to planning and executing events.

IDEAS:i used to be very shy, but when i created Rize, I expanded everything! I have gotten better with rp anxiety and will literally i.m or start an RP with anyone. I have no problem pulling in a new DE Visitor tagged person to start an rp, offer them a free meal or something as a 'welcome to the city' as for any one signing up for a job, i would love to do IC interviews. it makes things much much more personable and it gives them warning of what I am planning to do with them in the near future with events. I will be starting a new a new slate so if the roster is looking a bit small that would be why, just to start over and personally get to know everyone that works there.

OTHER:If It was approved I have a whole festival planned. It will be the grand reopening "Taste of Asia" festival. It will have many different types of Japanese food, drinks, deserts, etc. that will be served for everyone to taste. Along with some souvenirs for everyone to get and take home with them or give as gifts. (hopefully I can get them made in time, if not it will be NPC items.)Things such as fans, chopsticks, dishes, cook books, clothing, etc. the employees would perform some type of dance or a show to theme and keep to the authenticity.
