BACKGROUND: I am currently Dion's assistant manager and run his Escort business from the back room of the Jade. It is a role I have embraced since Dion hired me away from the Motel. I have helped staff the facility and maintained a welcoming place for all to come and Role-Play as well as participate in some of it's interesting event nights. If the Jade Dragon were to be run by me, I would not change the main essence of the business, but I would focus on it being my base of operations for the escort service, The drug aspect and fight night would not be on my agenda. I would continue to treat and recruit new or old employees with the same respect I have always treated them, accept being the boss I would reserve the right to hold employees accountable for there time and making the business money. Most important is making sure I keep engaged with the people who roleplay on the staff, I think that is very important, seeking event ideas from them, making sure they are included in developing new and exciting ideas for theme nights.

UNIQUE: Jade Dragon primary purpose is a restaurant, and we serve our fish fresh, in oh so many ways. There are challenges to making a business stand out, typically a business here builds excitement around a grand opening and usually around events which can attract various players to drum up drama. I would like to discuss redecoration ideas, as the Jade will need that girls touch. I want it clean and inviting a place people would want to dine upstairs, and a place people can get there kinks on downstairs, the basement has been long used as the secret fight club, and drug storage room, I would like to make it into a bordello environment if at all possible at least a curtain and a clean mattress. I would continue to think of ideas to theme events for the town to embrace.

EXPERIENCE:Raven is young, and ambitious, she is apart of Dion's Group and dedicated to him and his vision, I have been in charge of his Escorts for some time now, and I do enjoy engaging visitors to DE as well as inviting friends of mine to take part in what I have going here. Recruiting and leading girls to be escorts is a trickie business as you have to encourage the girls to be creative in how they portray the experience, and to not just expect customers to fall into place for a quickie. It takes work and street smarts in DE to do that and successfully.

IDEAS:I do engage new people to the streets of Dead End, people without tags, and the visitors as well, try to make sure they are welcomed and also guide people to the rules of the sim, I welcome anyone that wishes to be apart of the Jade Experience, and if I do take over I would continue to do what I have always done, promote Jade Dragon as a fun place to Roleplay whenther it be for a nice dinner or drink, or a full on brawl...as well as inviting adult entertainment in the basement.

OTHER:I would certainly make sure I had as many of my girls and employees around to help engage and entice the community to attend, drink specials, sushi specials, show off the new decor (If allowed)maybe offer up some prizes, Win a date with Ming worked out so well (Considering I won) Maybe I would offer up prizes that could also help promote other businesses in the area as well, Convince Ren to donate a cake, or the Sugar Rush to donate cupcakes, The theater to award passes to a movie..grand reopenings are certainly about one business, but as a community we help support each other. Usually a Grand ReOpening is not with out a moment of Drama, and I would encourage it to find it's way to our evening, Raven has a lot of friends in town, and a few who would rather see her gone.
